Variations in employment systems across nations will be discussed as well. Special attention will be paid to the four main stages of the human resources management cycle : attraction, recruitment, retention, and exit. After having completed the course, students should be able to design, analyze, and implement efficient management strategies and practices in the field of international HRM.
