MNG-1103 Organizational Behaviour
Description
This course intends to make the student aware of the importance of the human factors in the management of organizations and to make them familiar with the fundamental concepts of organizational behaviour such as, perception, motivation, group dynamics, communication, power, leadership, organizational culture, organizational development, career planning and stress. The course uses a multidisciplinary perspective and looks at the many levels of analysis from the individual, group or organizational point of view.
