STA-7023 Food Risk Communication and Crisis Management
Description
This course reviews food risk communication, in the context of crisis and emergency management. It covers the guidelines established by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and the World Health Organization (WHO). The course is based on case studies carried out individually or in groups.
