The Service de soutien à l’enseignement (SSE, Teaching and Learning Center) ensures that distance learning at Université Laval runs smoothly. It provides various services:
- strategic development support for distance learning courses, hybrid courses, comodal (hyflex) courses, MOOCs, and nanodegrees (services provided to units)
- setting up off-campus exams for distance learning and comodal courses
- promoting the distance learning array of courses
